Our Process
Getting An Estimate
We'll gather information about you and your home, and send you a formal estimate using our 60 point checklist. We will send our terms and conditions, and a way to pay. Depending on the type of cleaning, a deposit or payment in full is due to book the appointment if you're a new customer.

Upon Arrival
You can expect us to arrive within a window of time agreed on in advance, with our supplies. We always wear shoe protection (and a mask if necessary, or upon request). We will complete the job as per estimate guidelines, following our 60 point checklist.
Supplies We Provide
We provide everything you'd expect us to provide with the exception of toilet brushes and vacuums. Cleaning company vacuums are gross. Viruses, allergens and small bugs (bed bugs. no thanks) get trapped in vacuums and are carried from house to house. We prefer to use the vacuum in the home that you're accustomed to using. This also helps ensure a consistent experience for you.
